Job Purpose We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and tech-savvy Accountant to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will own the day-to-day accounting operations, manage tax compliance, and prepare accurate financial records to drive smart business decisions. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting: Prepare timely monthly management accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts. Reconciliations: Perform daily bank, supplier, and ledger reconciliations to keep data error-free. Tax & Compliance: Manage full statutory compliance, including the filing of VAT, PAYE, and corporate taxes. Accounts Payable/Receivable: Monitor customer invoicing, process payments, and track aging receivables. Data Integrity: Keep financial record-keeping systems accurate and audit-ready. Requirements & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) finalist or ACCA equivalent. Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years of proven experience in an active accounting role. Software: High proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and advanced MS Excel. Core Skills: Stellar analytical problem-solving skills paired with deep organizational skills.
