To support accurate, timely and compliant accounting across multiple business entities and jurisdictions. The position reports directly to the Head of Finance and Operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform core accounting functions, including recording transactions and reconciling general ledger accounts.
Maintain accurate books and records for multiple entities, including complex reconciliations and monthly fund statements.
Assist with daily reconciliations, month-end closing, accounting frameworks (US GAAP, IFRS) and tax research.
Support regulatory filings and local compliance requirements across various jurisdictions.
Provide accounting, tax, filing and administrative support as required.
Identify documentation and process improvements and maintain professional/technical knowledge.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant accounting experience; CPA 4 and above.
Strong analytical, technical, organizational and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools, including graphs, pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
Experience with Oracle NetSuite, QuickBooks and/or Xero is preferred.
Fund/non-profit accounting and regulatory filing experience is preferred.
High ownership, accountability, initiative, integrity and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and discretion with confidential information.

Work Environment
Regular workdays run from roughly 1400–2200 (EAT) to overlap with European and US Eastern Time work hours.
Willingness to work more than 8 hours per day as needed during peak periods.
