Job Summary We are seeking results-driven Animal Feeds Field Sales Representatives to drive sales growth across Kiambu, Nairobi Outskirts, Thika, and Murang’a. The role involves developing and managing customer relationships with farmers, agro-dealers, distributors, and livestock producers, executing Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies, growing territory sales, supporting collections, and achieving set sales targets. Ideal candidates should have 2–4 years of experience in animal feeds or agricultural inputs sales, strong field sales capabilities, and a passion for serving the agricultural sector. Key Requirements: Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field 2–4 years’ experience in field sales within animal feeds or agricultural inputs Strong animal feeds sales background is mandatory Proven experience in field sales / Route-to-Market (RTM) execution Experience working with farmers, agro-dealers, distributors, or livestock value chains Strong ability to manage territories, secondary sales, and collections Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets Willingness to operate extensively in field-based environments Valid driving license will be an added advantage
