Key Responsibilities
- Drive branch business growth, deposit mobilization, lending, revenue generation and profitability.
- Develop and retain customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
- Oversee credit portfolio quality, credit monitoring and compliance with approved credit terms.
- Manage branch budgets and monitor performance against business targets.
- Lead, coach and develop branch teams to deliver results and excellent customer service.
- Ensure effective operational controls, regulatory compliance and adherence to the Bank's policies.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- A bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline.
- A Master's degree in Business Administration or Banking and Finance, and relevant professional qualifications, will be an added advantage.
- At least seven years' experience in banking or financial services.
- Relevant experience in branch banking, business development, credit or relationship management.
- Demonstrated success in business growth, portfolio management, achievement of performance targets and team leadership.
