REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years working in a microfinance institution (non-deposit taking).
- Strong understanding of Logbook Loans and Title Deed Loans.
- Credit appraisal, portfolio management, collections, and customer relationship management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and manage a quality loan portfolio to achieve branch loan growth targets.
- Accept, counsel, analyze, and collect required documents to initiate the loan process.
- Meet with customers to resolve issues or complaints, monitor feedback, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Actively market our loan products to individuals and firms, promoting services that match customer needs.
- Liaise with other branch offices to ensure smooth operations and achievement of overall business goals.
- Consistently meet and exceed set branch performance targets.
