Business Development Associate Healthcare Programs

JOB PURPOSE: To market and sell Executive Education Open Enrolment Programs in liaison with the Head of Healthcare Programs while building and cultivating sustainable key relationships with potential public sector and private sector partners, nationally and internationally. The ideal candidate would need to have considerable experience in business development in Healthcare Programs, developing training solutions, market intelligence, and solution selling JOB REQUIREMENTS: The post holder will be required to have and demonstrate evidence of the following qualifications, attributes, and skills: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in business development with proven experience in sales, managing client relations, and key account management. Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic growth within the healthcare sector. Strong understanding of healthcare systems, policies, and regulatory environments.
