Job Purpose
- To drive hospital growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, increasing patient referrals, and enhancing the hospital’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporates, insurers, and referral partners.
- Promote hospital services to increase patient uptake.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support marketing campaigns and outreach activities.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities and reports.
- Attend networking events and represent the hospital externally.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Growth in patient numbers and revenue.
- Number of new corporate and referral partnerships secured.
- Conversion rate of leads to clients/patients.
- Market visibility and brand awareness.
- Timely reporting and pipeline management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in sales, marketing, or business development (healthcare experience is an advantage).
- Strong network within corporate or healthcare sectors preferred.
