Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation and Control, Industrial Automation, or related field. Certifications/training in innovation, AI, automation, or emerging technologies are an added advantage. Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development or technology solutions, with at least 2 years in managerial capacity. Exposure to engineering technologies, automation, AI, or technical consulting is preferred. Key Competencies Innovation-driven mindset. Strong commercial and technical understanding.
