REF: KTCM/VOL F/M/26-1 POSITION JOB DESCRIPTION (Duties & Responsibilities) Instruction: Conduct training sessions in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Sales/Marketing, or related units following approved curricula. Assessment: Prepare, invigilate, and mark examinations and assessments. Curriculum Development: Review and update training materials to reflect contemporary market and industry trends. Mentorship: Supervise and assess trainees during their industrial attachments. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of work, student attendance, and performance metrics as required by TVETA guidelines Minimum Qualifications Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) degree, Accounting or Finance option. Minimum of two (2) years of practical experience in training, teaching, or industry-related roles. CPA (K) qualifications will be a distinct advantage. Valid TVETA Trainer License (registration with TVETA) and a pedagogy training certificate will be an added advantage.
