Background We are seeking qualified and experienced Business Development Support (BDS) trainers/Coaches to support entrepreneurs and small businesses participating in enterprise development programmes. The trainers/coaches will provide technical guidance, mentorship, and business advisory services to help enterprises strengthen their operations, improve performance, and achieve sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to assigned enterprises. Support businesses in developing and implementing growth strategies. Guide entrepreneurs in business planning, financial management, marketing, and operations. Monitor enterprise progress and provide periodic reports. Facilitate capacity-building sessions and business clinics where required. Link enterprises to relevant markets, networks, and support services. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Finance, Agribusiness, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience providing business advisory, coaching, mentoring, or enterprise development services. Demonstrated experience working with MSMEs, youth-led enterprises, women-led businesses, or green enterprises. Strong facilitation, communication, and report-writing skills. Knowledge of local business ecosystems and market systems approaches is an added advantage.
