Responsibilities

• Provide overall strategic and operational leadership across the Group.
• Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Oversee farm, production, restaurant, franchise, vendor, and distribution operations.
• Drive revenue growth across all business units and channels.
• Develop and expand the franchise and vendor cart network.
• Strengthen distributor relationships and expand market coverage.
• Oversee poultry production, farm efficiency, and supply continuity.
• Ensure effective coordination between farm and commercial operations.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and business plans.
• Monitor profitability, costs, margins, and overall financial performance.
• Drive sales growth and achievement of commercial targets.
• Develop strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.
• Establish performance targets and accountability across all departments.
• Lead and mentor departmental heads and senior management teams.
• Strengthen organizational culture, discipline, and performance standards.
• Ensure efficient procurement, inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations.
• Monitor product quality, customer experience, and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Implement effective systems, controls, reporting, and governance structures.
• Review business performance and provide regular reports to the Board.
• Identify operational risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Drive technology, innovation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Lead business expansion, new outlets, and market development initiatives.
• Represent Attila Chicken in key industry, commercial, and stakeholder engagements.
• Ensure the Group operates profitably, efficiently, and sustainably.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 10 years' management experience.
• At least 5 years' senior leadership experience.
• Proven experience managing multi-unit business operations.
• Strong commercial and P&L management experience.
• Experience in FMCG, agribusiness, food, retail, hospitality, or distribution is preferred.
• Proven track record of business growth and expansion.
• Experience managing franchises, distributors, or multi-site operations is an advantage.
