Job Purpose To plan, develop, direct and disseminate communications across all channels and audiences for the group; to manage and provide client-side direction to the group's communications agencies; to own the digital and social media presence of the group's operating companies; and to support the planning and execution of corporate events while ensuring consistency of voice, quality of output, narrative coherence, and timeliness of delivery across the group. Qualification & Experience Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification is an added advantage. Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations or integrated communications Demonstrated experience managing communications and PR agencies as a client-side counterpart, including briefing, scope management, quality control and performance oversight. Demonstrated experience managing digital and social media for a corporate brand, including platform analytics and reputation monitoring. Hands-on event management experience, including high-profile corporate or government-facingevents. Experience working with both local and international PR agencies is required. go to method of application »
