We are looking for an experienced and passionate Continental Chef to join our team.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Continental Chef.
- Strong knowledge and ability to prepare a wide range of Western, European, and Asian cuisines.
- Experience cooking for foreign guests/ tourists, and international clientele.
- Skilled in food preparation, presentation, menu planning, and kitchen operations.
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Bread-baking knowledge would be good but not essential — training will be provided.
- Dessert-making knowledge would be good but is not essential — training will be provided.
- Must be reliable, flexible, and able to work rotating shifts.
- Working Arrangement
- Initially on an ad hoc/casual basis.
- Rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
