THE ROLE The role holder will drive data analysis and performance insights to support informed decision-making and enhance operational excellence across In-House and Contract Broiler Operations. CANDIDATE PROFILE Diploma in Management Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years' experience in analytics or planning role. Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and advanced MS Excel for business analysis. Experience interacting with an ERP system will be an added advantage. OTHER VITAL QUALITIES Demonstrated attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent time management skills Strong computer literacy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Critical thinker with the ability to interpret data beyond face value
