Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of transport/logistics experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Proven experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution.
- Strong knowledge of fleet planning, transporter management, transport cost control, ERP systems (SAP/TMS), and transport compliance.
- Professional certifications such as CILT, KISM, or Lean Six Sigma are an added advantage.
- Key skills include creating daily fleet deployment plans, monitoring transporter performance, managing A/P and A/R trackers, maintaining POD and documentation logs, and preparing transport risk and escalation reports.
