KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create engaging content for social media platforms (photos, videos, reels and graphics).
- Manage and grow social media accounts across relevant platforms.
- Support digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Respond to customer inquiries and engage with online audiences.
- Assist with product promotions, offers and new product launches.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare reports.
- Support online sales and implement strategies to increase conversions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field (Marketing. Communications or similar).
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
- Creativity in content creation. video editing and graphic design.
- Interest in beauty products, skincare and cosmetics.
- Good communication. organisation and copywriting skills.
- Understanding of social media trends and online customer engagement.
- Ability to use tools such as Canva and video editing applications.
