Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics,Procurement, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse, inventory, dispatch, or logistics operations, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team- lead role.
- Proven experience in team supervision, shift planning, inventory reconciliation, dispatch management, and performance monitoring.
- Proficiency in ERP and inventory management systems, preferably Odoo, and strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
- Sound knowledge of stock control, returns processing, quality assurance, warehouse safety, and SOP compliance.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse and dispatch environment
