Duties and Responsibilities
- Driving institutional vehicles as assigned
- Responsible for the safety of the vehicle and its occupants whenever on the road
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the vehicles assigned
- Maintaining the serviceability of the institute vehicles by carrying out routine checks of lubrication fuels, tyres, water, battery;
- Ensuring the vehicles have all requisite safety and statutory items in good order and condition.
- Ensure work tickets are filled and approved as required.
- Adherence to set traffic rules and regulations
Requirements
- Form 4 with valid driving license (Class B, C, D1, D2 & D3)
- Valid PSV license and badge
- Must have basic first aid training
- Certificate of defensive driving is an added advantage.
- Must have at least 5 years' experience in the same field with a reputable institution
- Must be computer literate
- Kenyan citizen aged between 30–45 years
