Job Description

• Supervise contract management for outsourced building contracts
• Review contractors’ and consultant’s interim payment applications.
• Prepare condition and inventory survey reports for building & fences
• Contracts.
• Prepare quotations for building and fences maintenance services
• Provide timely accurate reports
• Coordinate the collections of data for building design and engineering
• Investigation for periodic maintenance and construction work.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or its equivalent and relevant qualification form a recognized institution
• Registered by the engineers registration board of kenya (erb) as a graduate engineer
• A certificate in computer application skills
• Meets the requirements of chapter six of the constitution of kenya, 2010
