In this Finance Trainee position Conduct tasks and activities related to Controlling and Accounting as per laid down standards and guidelines Provide input on interpretation and understanding of finance matters such as explaining facts, processes and practices related to finance as required by customers and stakeholders Identify and resolve issues as per defined financial processes, systems and methods Perform tasks/ interactions that mostly address immediate finance issues such as producing and validating data and numbers Improve the quality of internal and external financial data Respond to enquiries and provide information related to finance Administer finance processes and policies related to two or more of the Finance Job Families (e.g. a combination of RTR, PTP and Controlling activities) for the defined organization under supervision Gather data and information and perform analysis of financial studies to prepare summary reports for management and to develop forward looking financial insights Stakeholders Explain facts, policies and practices related to job area Support and interact primarily with colleagues of own sub-function Develop a network of contacts to build up relationships and strengthen the organizational, product and market knowledge Management Responsibility Individual contributor without direct responsibility for leading others Education Level Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification (second upper class or its equivalent) Experience Level Fresh Graduates We offer: Opportunities in a global company where you can contribute your ideas and skills to move towards our shared goals.
