Key Purpose Statement The Fleet Artisan is responsible for maintaining, diagnosing and repairing electrical  and mechanical components in a vehicle. Key Duties & Responsibilities Identifying, troubleshooting, and repairing complex electrical, electronic, and mechanical vehicle faults using advanced diagnostic tools and software Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills to analyse, test, and solve complex problem Mastery of advanced diagnostic equipment, scanners, and electrical testing equipment Strong understanding of automotive electrical and electronic systems. Experience in handling Mitsubishi, Isuzu, Scania, Mercedez Actros and trailers Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills to analyse, test, and solve complex problem Test driving a vehicle for noticeable issues Discussing vehicle issues and solutions with clients and providing customer feedback. Skills, Experience & Education QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum requirement of Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Automotive). EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 3 years experience in a fleet maintenance workshop. Experience with Mercedez Actros and Scania will be an added advantage
