Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparation of practical classes/courses and keeping of student records, practical allocation and loss/breakage records
- Maintain Laboratory Inventory and ensure Safety
- Collection and preparation of teaching and research materials from procurement
- Ensure that the laboratory equipment is clean and available for the next practical.
- Issue Materials and equipment during laboratory practical sessions
- Carry out maintenance of food processing equipment
- Carry out production of food products in the processing section
- Proficient in laboratory techniques and testing procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma in Food processing and Science Technology
- Must have at least 3 years' experience with a reputable institution
- Must be computer literate
- Above the age of 25 years
