Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the client portfolio.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate clients, retail chains, banks, telcos, FMCG companies, and marketing agencies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee end-to-end project execution including design, fabrication, printing, and installation.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
- Improve operational efficiency by streamlining production processes and workflows.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in signage, branding, exhibitions, large-format printing, or a related industry.
- Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
- Strong experience in operations and project management.
- Demonstrated experience managing a P&L or business unit.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
