Key Responsibilities
- Data Preparation: Clean, process, and transform large, complex datasets to prepare them for analysis, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Analysis & Modeling: Assist in developing and testing statistical models, predictive algorithms, and machine learning prototypes under the guidance of senior staff.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders.
- Documentation: Document data processes, models, and code for transparency and reproducibility.
- Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to solve business problems using data.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate (within the last 12 months) of a Master's or Bachelor's program in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling principles.
- Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Excellent problem solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly and effectively.
