Job Description Design creative and marketable book covers for various genres. Develop interior page layouts and artwork for educational that follow publishing standards and enhance readability. Prepare print-ready files, ensuring correct formatting, color settings, bleed, and resolution. Ensure all design work is original, professional, and aligned with the company’s style and audience. Ensure consistency of brand identity across all designs. Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and production teams to deliver high-quality designs. Prepare artwork for print and digital publication. Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines. Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in graphic design Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW). Strong creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in the publishing industry will be an added advantage.
