Job Description Responsibilities: Prepare gym activities/sessions and advertise as necessary. Responsible for all activities and gym operations for guests effectively as per program Ensure that all the tools & equipment necessary to carry out these activities is available, sanitized and maintained. Maintain inventory, report any repairs and store all items required for activities in the guests area. Upsell gym program to inhouse guest and walk in. Take guests on excursions as per program or as advised by the entertainment manager Always receive/welcome guests/VIP’S and groups arriving at the gym courteously with a genuine smile Perform any other duties assigned on official capacity by anyone in authority in the interest of the company. Get feedback plus motivate guests on all activities while providing a unique atmosphere in actions and behavior. Giving supervision at all times to the guests and make sure activities are well manned. Qualification Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Fitness Training, Physical Education, or a related field. Valid Gym/Fitness Instructor certification from a recognized institution. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Gym Instructor or Fitness Trainer in a reputable fitness facility, hotel, or health club. Certification in First Aid and CPR with strong knowledge of fitness equipment, exercise techniques, and safety procedures.
