REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or in a senior kitchen role.
- Strong menu planning, recipe development, and food presentation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety. hygiene, and Kenyan food handling standards.
- Ability to manage kitchen teams, delegate duties, and train staff.
- Experience controlling food costs, stock, portions, and kitchen budgets.
- Strong leadership, organisation, creativity. and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
