About this role
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in ECDE or Education (Early Years Specialization) TSC Registration Training/Certification in Cambridge International Early Years or CBE Master’s Degree in Education or Educational Leadership is an added advantage Experience Required: Minimum 8 years teaching experience in Early Years Education At least 3 years in a school leadership role Experience in a high-performing academic environment and learner transition to Primary School Core Competencies: Strong understanding of child development (Ages 2–6) Ability to align learning to both CI & CBE pathways Curriculum planning and assessment skills Instructional leadership and teacher mentorship Strong communication and parent engagement skills Personal Attributes: Nurturing, firm, and professional High integrity and commitment to excellence Innovative, proactive, and passionate about Early Years Education
