REQUIREMENTS
- Qualified Medical Officer or Clinical Officer.
- Valid registration and practising licence with the relevant regulatory body.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Experience in healthcare facility or outpatient management is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, organisational and decision-making skills.
- Patient-centred approach and good understanding of clinical standards.
