Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hospitality and Tourism Management, or Equivalent Qualification from a recognized institution Diploma in Catering and Accommodation Will be an added advantage Be Licensed by WET Authority or meet the requirement for licensing by WETA

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Undertaking training in area of specialization in accordance with the responsibilities
• Preparing teaching "learning materials and scheme of works Setting and marking assignment
• Supervising trainees •project and practical work
• Preparing training documents undertaking training activities
• Participating in development and review Of curricula
• Participating in development of training manuals Setting, moderating and marking examination
• Participating in trainee practical assessment performing any other function that is incidental or consequential to the functions Of the Departmen
