Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food and Beverage Management, or an equivalent relevant field from a recognized institution.
- A Master’s Degree in Hospitality or a related field will be an added advantage.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in a college, TVET institution, or university is preferred.
- A valid TVETA Trainer License or eligibility to obtain one will be an added advantage.
- Strong professionalism, patience, adaptability, and a commitment to student success..
- Flexibility to work as per the institution’s schedule.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet frequently occurring deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent Research and Critical thinking skills.
- Time management skills and attention to detail.
