About the Role

Responsibilities
- Guest Experience: Ensure every guest receives personalized attention, from arrival to departure.
- Operations Oversight: Manage daily operations including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and inspire a small, dedicated team to embody boutique hospitality values.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgets, monitor performance metrics, and optimize profitability.
- Brand Identity: Uphold the hotel’s unique character and ensure consistency in service and design.
- Local Partnerships: Collaborate with local businesses to enhance guest experiences and promote community engagement.
- Business Development:Identify new revenue streams, build strategic partnerships, and expand market reach.
