Job Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to drive organizational design, HR strategy, and change management. Lead talent and performance management to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture. Oversee HR operations, including payroll, policy development, and statutory compliance. Drive organizational effectiveness through HR projects, process improvement, and performance measurement. Requirements: A diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources from a recognized institution. 3 years' experience in the micro financial industry is desirable. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
