Talent & Performance Management: Drive a high-performance culture through robust Performance Management Systems (PMS), service-standard training, and internal leadership pipelines. Industrial & Employee Relations: Lead union engagements (CBA), grievance handling, and disciplinary processes with strict adherence to Kenyan Labor Laws and IHRM standards. HRIS & Operations: Ensure 100% accuracy in payroll oversight, benefits administration, and statutory compliance via advanced HRIS platforms.
