Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management / HND in Human Resource Management
- Registered member of IHRM
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Computer literate
- Meet Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the human resource planning policy and procedures
- Advise the BOG on HR policy matters
- Act as the link between management and the union on labor relations
- Oversee HR trainings and development across departments
- Supervise administrative service areas including catering, boarding, secretaries, and transport
- Oversee recruitment and appointment of staff
- Manage and update the payroll and ensure compliance
- Handle staff discipline, grievances, and welfare
