What we're looking for:
- Degree/Diploma in HR, Business Administration or related field
- 2–3 years’ HR experience
- Agricultural, horticultural or flower farm experience is an added advantage
- Experience with Fairtrade or KFC audits
- IHRM Kenya membership
- Fluency in English & Swahili
