ICT Graphic Design Officer

Responsibilities

• Maintain computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Provide ICT support to employees across all departments.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, system access, and data security.
• Monitor system performance and recommend technology improvements.
• Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, and posters.
• Create digital content for websites, social media, and advertising campaigns.
• Develop company presentations, reports, and corporate branding materials.
• Produce graphics for product packaging and promotional campaigns.
• Support photography, videography, and multimedia production.
• Maintain the company website and digital platforms.
• Ensure data backup, cybersecurity, and system integrity.
• Coordinate ICT equipment maintenance and software licensing.
• Train staff on ICT systems and digital tools.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Information Technology.
• Graphic Design Qualification.
• Three Years ICT Experience.
• Adobe Creative Suite.
• CorelDRAW Experience Required.
• Microsoft Office Expertise.
