Employment Information
Purpose of the Position To support the Human Resource Management function of the County Assembly in the administration of HR systems, staff records management, recruitment support, and the implementation of HR policies and programmes in line with the Assembly's Human Resource Management framework and applicable public sector HR regulations. Minimum Qualifications & Requirements Must be a Kenyan citizen aged between 18 and 35 years. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Management (HRM Option) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university. Must have completed studies within the last two (2) years. Student membership of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) is an added advantage. Familiarity with Kenyan labour laws including the Employment Act, 2007, and public sector HR regulations is an added advantage. Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel) is required.
