KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals and manufacturing operations.
- Oversee daily IT operations, systems administration and infrastructure management.
- Ensure system security, data protection and business continuity.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships and technology projects.
- Provide technical leadership and support to the IT team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5 years' experience in an IT management role, preferably in the FMCG manufacturing industry (wheat flour, maize flour or animal feeds).
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle or similar).
- Proven experience in managing IT projects, suppliers and system implementations.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
