Key Responsibilities
- Lead ICT strategy, policies, budgets, and continuity plans.
- Manage infrastructure, networks, servers, connectivity, and hardware.
- Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, access control, and ICT risk.
- Manage helpdesk support, system upgrades, and digital transformation.
- Ensure backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Oversee ICT assets, vendors, CCTV, biometrics, and access systems.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years’ ICT experience, including at least 3 years in management.
- Multi-branch retail, FMCG, or distribution experience preferred.
- CCNA, Microsoft, ITIL, CompTIA, or cybersecurity certifications are an added advantage.
