Job Purpose We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling laundry operations efficiently while also supporting delivery and collection services. A valid driving license is mandatory for this role. Key Responsibilities Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron laundry items according to company standards Inspect garments for stains or damage and apply appropriate treatment Operate and maintain laundry equipment safely and efficiently Ensure cleanliness and organization of the laundry area Manage inventory of laundry supplies and report shortages Pick up and deliver laundry items to and from clients or designated locations Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure timely service Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations Qualifications & Requirements Valid driver’s license (mandatory) with a clean driving record Proven experience as a laundry attendant or in a similar role is an advantage Ability to operate laundry machinery and handle cleaning chemicals safely Good time management and organizational skills Strong attention to detail Ability to lift and carry heavy loads when necessary Good communication and customer service skills Basic record-keeping ability Previous experience in hospitality, dry cleaning, or laundry services Familiarity with fabric care and stain removal techniques Working Conditions May require standing for extended periods Involves handling detergents and cleaning agents Combination of indoor laundry work and outdoor driving duties
