- Plan and host scheduled TikTok Shop live sessions to showcase and sell products
- Demonstrate product features, pricing, and offers clearly and accurately during live sessions
- Engage actively with viewers — answering questions, responding to comments, and encouraging purchases in real time
- Maintain a consistent live schedule (e.g. set days/times per week) to build a returning audience
- Monitor and report basic session performance (viewers, engagement, units sold, revenue) after each
- Prior experience hosting TikTok/Instagram lives or livestream selling (an advantage, not mandatory)
- Confident, engaging on-camera presence and clear spoken communication in English and Kiswahili
- Basic understanding of TikTok Shop, social commerce, or willingness to learn quickly
- Comfortable with product demos and handling live audience questions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a fixed live schedule
- Basic phone/photography/lighting setup knowledge is a plus
