Job Description:
- Ensure timely execution of scheduled maintenance tasks.
- Liaise with the CTO to items in the Monthly budget report
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including dates, parts replaced, and labor costs.
- Coordinate with on-site maintenance staff and ensure adherence to maintenance protocol:
- Ensure timely procurement of necessary parts to prevent equipment downtime.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with external service providers for specialized maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of equipment and facilities.
- Generate reports on maintenance activities, costs, and equipment performance for management review.
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all machinery and equipment
- Track equipment warranties and service contracts.
- Provide recommendations for improvements in maintenance processes and equipment performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in equipment maintenance and management.
