Introduction to Aspire Future Leaders Programme

Responsibilities

  • Learning & Technical Development - Participate in structured training, coaching, mentorship, leadership development, competency assessments, and departmental rotations across engineering functions.
  • Asset & Inventory Management - Assist with asset data management and asset inventory verification.-
  • Digital Facilities Management - Participate in digital facilities management by supporting CMMS data management, maintenance performance monitoring, predictive maintenance analysis, and the preparation of maintenance reports and dashboards
  • Compliance & Accreditation Support - Support digital records, compliance documentation, accreditation activities, and departmental KPI reporting
  • Engineering Projects - Support the planning, coordination, monitoring, and documentation of engineering projects while gaining exposure to project management processes and stakeholder engagement.
  • Operational Efficiency - Participate in process improvement initiatives and support the review of engineering guidelines, procedures, programmes, and departmental policies.
  • Performance Monitoring - Assist in monitoring and analyzing utility performance, equipment reliability, energy consumption, maintenance KPIs, and downtime trends.
  • Upcoming projects – Engage in innovative upcoming objects that are prioritized by the Engineering Department.

Requirements

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Recent graduate or up to one(1) year of relevant engineering experience.
  • Industrial attachment or internship in facilities management, utilities, building services, or hospital engineering will be an added advantage.
  • Applicants must be residing or have permission to work in the country of application
