Job Description A leading company in the animal health and nutrition sector is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to drive market growth and increase product penetration within the Mt. Kenya region. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement demand creation activities targeting small-scale and medium-scale dairy farms. Organize and oversee farmer trainings, demonstrations, and stakeholder engagement activities. Build strong partnerships with farmer groups, dairy cooperatives, agro-dealers, veterinarians, and other industry stakeholders. Support the growth of medium-scale farm business within the assigned territory. Monitor field activities and evaluate their impact on sales performance. Gather and analyze market intelligence and competitor activity. Maintain an updated database of key dairy farms and stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience Degree or Diploma in Animal Health or a related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales or marketing within the animal health or livestock sector. Strong understanding of the dairy industry within the Mt. Kenya region. Valid membership with the Kenya Veterinary Board is an added advantage.
