Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor of Medicine or Bachelor of Surgery from a recognized university
• (MBChB or MBBS) Experience working in an Internal Medicine department; or Demonstrated interest in pursuing Internal Medicine
• Registered and with a valid license from the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council
• At least one (1) year internship experience in either a public or private hospital.
• Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Knowledge of healthcare policies, documentation, and reporting procedures.
• Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems).

Desirable competencies

• Strong clinical decision-making and patient management skills.
• Knowledge of the laws of Kenya, regulations, guidelines, and health schemes.
• Good report writing skills.
• Conversant with both public and private sector 
• At least 2 yrs experience
• BLS & ACLS With leadership experience
