Job Requirements: Academic and Professional Qualifications::

• Pursuant to Section 75 (2) (b) of the Public Private Partnership Act 2021, applicants to this position must possess the following qualifications.
• Hold a bachelor's degree from a university recognized in Kenya in any of the following disciplines: Finance, Economics, Engineering and Project Management.
• Have at least ten (10) years of experience in matters relating to the discipline referred to under item (i) above
• Qualification and experience in alternative dispute resolution will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in Public Private Partnership transactions.
• Be of high moral character, integrity and impartiality.
• Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution on leadership and integrity.
