Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years' experience in sales, merchandising, or customer-facing roles.
- Experience in the building materials, FMCG, or related industry is preferred.
- Good communication, selling, customer-handling, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in the field.
- Basic computer/mobile reporting and WhatsApp skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Decorative Paints and generate demand at assigned dealer outlets.
- Engage walk-in customers and recommend suitable products.
- Build relationships with painters, contractors, and other key influencers.
- Visit nearby construction sites/projects, generate leads, and follow up for conversion.
- Support product displays, promotions, and secondary sales at dealer outlets.
- Share market/competitor feedback and maintain daily/weekly activity reports.
