Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field ( Program management, medical education, or a relevant clinical field ( Nursing, Clinical Medicine)
- Masters Degree in Public Health, Health Systems, Medical Education or a related field preferred
- Minimum five(5) years in programme management, clinical education or global health
- Experience working in LMIC Health Systems
- Registration with relevant professional body if clinically trained (e.g, KMPDC, COC, NCK)
- Valid practicing license
- Experience in simulation-based education and training systems
