ROLE SUMMARY

To provide day-to-day leadership, clinical oversight and operational coordination of nursing services to ensure safe, timely, patient-centred, compliant and financially sustainable nursing care delivery while supporting patient experience, quality improvement, staff capability and workforce stability.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Valid Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) License.
Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification.
Minimum five (5) years nursing experience with Two (2) Leadership or supervisory experience.
